Before I say anything, I am SOOOOO sorry for the condition I am in right now. Honest! I am sorry for leaving you in the dust and feeling like I quit drawing.
I feel different for being so... inactive. I haven't done anything Somari-related for a LOOOOONG time. It's hard to wait, and I can respect that, but as I have told most of my friends, I was really obsessed with my Toshiba and Microsoft Paint and never wanted anything else besides it. Microsoft Paint was the greatest and easiest tool for me to use. Now I am stuck with a Chromebook and Sumo Paint. I made that one picture for HelloKittysPal1993 with Sumo Paint, but that was pretty much it for me in 2014. It looks like I won't be able to make any actual artworks for you........
..........................UNTIL TODAY, THAT IS!!!
Just now, I figured out a way to still keep all of my followers tuning in to my gallery WITHOUT making artworks! My friend and fellow user Jonathan-Asiamah makes excellent Thomas the Tank Engine stories, which is nice because I loved growing up with the #1 blue engine in my day. I used to have a TON of Thomas and Friends toys, including the Wooden Railway models (I gave them away to my nephew to usher in a new generation of enjoyment). I was so mesmerized with Thomas, as well as trains in general, that for years I wanted to make my own Thomas stories, just like everyone on YouTube.
Why am I mentioning this to you? Well, like I said, I found out how to submit non-artwork submissions; you simply have to click "Submit Art" under the "Submit" icon. Then, once you're at the submission screen, click on "Enter text". Finally, just write what you want! You don't even need any files; it lets you create something right there on the spot!
I've always wanted a YouTube account like my brother as a place for all my Thomas stories, but I felt as though making a video series using models and even animation would be hard work. So, for now, I've decided to rise from the grave and do some writing here instead of drawing. The things you can expect out of me when it comes to writing are not only a series of Thomas stories (of course) called "Thomas the Tank Engine Tales", but also some countdowns like "Top 10 Least Favorite/Worst Fictional Characters" or video game-related countdowns like "Top 5 Things Nintendo MUST Do". I also feel like doing a series called "Holmesman Asks...", where I ask questions like "Why Am I Not a Huge Fan of Indie Games?" or "What's the Definition of a Spin-Off?". Lastly, I may retool my "Dream Life" series and make it a literature-based series instead of an artwork with a really-long description. I may do the same for Somari in the future.
In summary, no longer will I leave my followers waiting for something new to come out of me. As for Somari, just because I haven't made anything Somari-related doesn't mean I decided to stop making it. In fact, I WAS in the process of making new Somari pictures (including that comic I promised) until my Toshiba said "Screw you. holmesman!!" and crashed constantly. Still, I think this is my next phase of evolution as a deviantART user. If any of you haven't met my friend Jonathan-Asiamah yet, I highly advise doing so. He's an excellent person to talk to and his stories are pretty good, IMO.
Anyways, this is holmesman signing out, bringing you a light at the end of this tunnel! See ya!

FishTitan64's April Fools YTP
On April Fool's, a YouTuber named FishTitan64 uploaded a YouTube Poop titled "Steve applies for a job at the Ministry of Silky Walks.", which was supposedly a Blue's Clues YouTube Poop. However, when I watched it, it had NOTHING to do with Blue's Clues at all. Joke's on me, I guess.
I'm telling you about it because apparently FishTitan64 removed the video. It's currently unlisted, so I have to give you the link in order for you to see it. For most of you Thomas fans, there's a special surprise at the end. Keep in mind that you need to be 18 or older to watch, so if you're younger than 18, please don't click the link.
Here's the link to the
Tried out deviantART muro
Ever heard of deviantART muro? It's a paint program built into deviantART itself, so you don't have to go download it from a disc or another website. Recently, I made a journal entry explaining that I'll do literature-related works on deviantART such as some Thomas the Tank Engine stories. However, just now I played a bit with deviantART muro, and from what I did, I'm happy to announce that I may do actual artworks again in the future, but not right now; I'm busy with college at the moment.
Although deviantART muro is not the same as Microsoft Paint, which does things ten times easier, it will have to do for now. Maybe if I play around with
